Our Company’s Terms & Conditions

Aegean Sea Quest  having the experience and specialized on Private Services.

Boat Tours & Cruises, Sea Excursions, Sea Transfers, Yacht Tender services and Boat Rentals. In order to how we could further satisfy your needs we have created a variety of RIB powerboats. Fully equipped in order to provide a relaxed and leisurely voyage to the passengers.

Our boats & engines are in great condition tested and fully maintained. The boats are very carefully choosed to provide you absolutely perfect comfort and safety.

Insurance

In agreement to our company’s terms & conditions every boat is fully insurance covered. Our boats covered by liability insuranse contracts to any third parties according to the Greek law 2743/99. All the necessary safty equipment according to the Greek legislation.

The insurance doesn’t cover accidents and injuries caused to the passengers of the boat. As well as any loss of your personal belongings.

Warranty Deposit

According to our company’s terms & conditions policy for bareboat charters required:

Warranty deposit payment 3.000$ (cash or by credit card) against any damages or losses. This amount will returned upon delivery of the boat as long as it is checked and everything is in order. The boat is delivered full of fuel and the same will be at the drop off.

Departure & Arrival of the boats is the Parikia’s marina next to the main port of Paros. We may pick you up from any port you prefer upon request but you will be charged the extra boat fuel.

If you want to book a boat you may deposit the 50% of the rental price to the company’s account. The rest 50% of the rental price will be payed with your arrival on board.

PRICES NOT INCLUDE BOAT FUEL & TAXES.

FUEL ALWAYS PAYED AT THE END OF THE TRIP.

*** YOU BOOK THE BOAT NOT THE DESTINATION, THE DESTINATION WILL BE CHOSEN ACCORDING TO THE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

 

CANCELATION POLICY:

Canceling:

35 days before we return the deposit.

25 days before we return the 50% of the deposit.

15 days before fare not refund.

If we decide the book has to be cancelled cause of the weather conditions or any other serious reason we return the deposit.
